Where does the data come from?
The report is built with the GuestFavorites data platform, which gathers what Airbnb listings show publicly: prices, calendars and reviews. We don't need access to your account.
Is it an automated report?
No. The numbers come from the GuestFavorites data platform, but each report is built and reviewed by a person on our team before we send it: they look at your listing, your photos and your calendar, and choose what to recommend first.
What if my area doesn't have enough similar listings?
We let you know before charging, and you don't pay anything.
How long does it take?
1–2 business days from payment. We only do a few reports each week so we can review each one.
Does it guarantee more bookings?
No. The report shows how your listing compares with similar ones and what is worth reviewing first. It doesn't estimate how many bookings each change brings.
I have several listings. Can I order more than one?
Yes. Send one first and, when we write to you, tell us how many you have.
Can I get a refund?
If your area doesn't have enough data, we don't charge you anything. For anything else, see our refund policy.
